Each salon or barbershop has whole-team involvement and are committed to wholeheartedly supporting young people.

who we are
We're Sam and Sarah, co-founders of chats and cuts.
We launched our community initiative in
November 2023 to upskill hairdressers and barbers to have conversations with young people about their mental health during a haircut.
Through chats and cuts, our passion for social change can empower hair professionals with the skills and confidence to help strengthen a young person's sense of self-worth.
